Sabine Krüger
With more than 20-year experience in journalism and communications, Sabine has advised financial institutions and corporate clients from a wide range of industries on a variety of communication challenges. Her special expertise is in the financial services sector and in capital market communication and crisis management.
Sabine comes from Brunswick Group where she worked in the Frankfurt office for seven years, co-heading the financial institutions team. Her experience ranges from communication solutions for product failures, fraud, issues related to the banking crisis and labor disputes. Sabine worked as press spokeswoman for various banks and companies and has long-standing and reliable contacts with the business press.
Sabine is a founding member of B+K. She started her career in journalism at Reuters and as Germany correspondent for Business Week. She lived and studies in the U.S. for six years where she earned an M.A. degree from George Washington University, Washington D.C.
Markus Breidenstein
With more than 20-year experience in advising at board level on a wide variety of strategic communications challenges, Markus has earned a reputation as a valued advisor for DAX 30 companies and as spokesperson for financial institutions and investors. He has a proven track record as a strategic advisor for complex and critical situations with a potentially damaging impact on the reputation and/or share price of companies and financial institutions.
Markus advised on more than 40 M&A transactions, including hostile and defense situations as well as disputes with activist shareholders.
Markus is a founding member of B+K. Prior to that he was a founding Member and Managing Director of Financial Dynamics and FTI Consulting SC, one of Germany’s leading consultancies for financial and M&A communications. Markus holds an MBA Degree from Johann Wolfgang von Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany.
